    Expect a winter wonderland at Tappen Park
    STAPLETONA winter festival will bring holiday lights to Tappen Park this Sunday, thanks to some key Staten Island partnerships.The Downtown Staten Island Council, the city Parks Department, First Central Baptist Church and Trinity Lutheran Church have collaborated to organize the inaugural Holiday Lights Festival this Sunday at 4 p.m.
